We do not make the packaging; we supply our products to the packaging manufacturers who are trained to apply our products.Multiwall Bags
Multiwall bags represent the largest segment of packaging for bulk products. Special barrier plies are commonly used in Multiwall Bags to protect the specific needs of the packaged product. Some examples of products that are packaged in consumer and industrial-size packages are ingredients, baking products, animal feed, pet food, rice, bird seed, flour, coffee, dried foods, and sugar.
ProvisionGard insect-resistant coating can be applied to one or more plies of the Multiwall Bag. The manufacturers can coat either the outside ply or an inner ply. If the inner liner is selected, then pre-running the kraft paper will be necessary. Run speeds can be as high as 500-900 fpm with the dryer blowers turned on. Heated drying is optional as the coating dries well with no blocking on the roll. The paper can then be combined at the tuber, usually at the second liner position with the treated side facing out.
The ProvisionGard treated kraft paper will glue as normal, and uncoated seams are not necessary. If the outer printed ply is chosen, then the last station of the printing press should be selected to apply the coating directly over the print.

Woven Polypropylene Bags
Woven Polypropylene Bags are made from tightly-wound polypropylene and/or polyethylene fibers to create one of the most robust designs in packaging. This Paper/WPP or BOPP/WPP structure has exceptional burst and tensile strength as well as resilience to rips and tears. Targeted markets would include food products, pet food, animal food, cat litter, seeds, and fertilizers.
ProvisionGard Technology has developed a proprietary process that can incorporate the insect-resistant “active” into a lamination during the manufacturing of Woven Polypropylene Bags.

Flexible Film Packaging – Mono and multi-ply film packaging
Flexible films are used in various food applications with packaging that is available with Stand-up Pouches, single and dual-ply film bags, and film wrappers for individual served food. Targeted markets would include food products, health bars, candy bars, pet food, animal food, cat litter, beans, and bird seed.
ProvisionGard Technology has developed a proprietary process that can incorporate the insect-resistant “active” into your standard adhesives used in the manufacturing process. This would include all solventless, solvent, and water-based adhesive formulas. This can be done on an as-needed basis for only the adhesive material one would need using your qualified supplier products. Preformulated adhesives can be provided also.

FIBC Bulk Bags
The FIBC Bulk Bag market, AKA “Big Bags,” “Bulk Bags,” or “Super Sacks” is defined as a bulk container manufactured with flexible fabric. The fabric is achieved by weaving Polypropylene fibers into large yarns of fabric and constructing a large industrial-size bag. Common products packaged in FIBCs would include food ingredients, seeds, spices, animal feed, sugar, and tobacco.
